Guy Martin to pilot Triumph streamliner

By Cycle CanadaPosted on

Guy Martin, the mutton-chopped master of speed, is set to pilot the Triumph Rocket III Streamliner at Utah’s Bonneville Salt Flats this summer.

The Isle of Man TT regular will climb into the cockpit of the 1,000 hp purpose built streamliner and attempt to set a new motorcycle land speed record (the current record is 605.697 km/h) on August 24–27. Two 2.3-litre Triumph Rocket III engines power triumph’s speeding suppository.

Martin is looking to bring the motorcycle land speed record back to Britain for the first time in 45 years.
