Szoke Barbecues for the Cure

By Cycle CanadaPosted on

Six time Canadian Superbike champ, Jordan Szoke met with hometown fans over some BBQ in Brantford, Ontario on Oct. 17, to launch his new ‘Racing for a Cure – Change for Cancer’ campaign. With the help of event hosts Strodes BBQ and Deli, Szoke raised over $500 for cancer research and treatment. Jordan plans to make the new fund raising initiative part of all his future races, asking those in attendance to drop contributions into his Shoei donation helmet. All funds will be forwarded to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
