CMDRA releases 2016 schedule

The Canadian Motorcycle Drag Racing Association has released its 2016 National Points Series schedule. The six-race schedule includes CMDRA’s inaugural stop at Central Alberta Raceways in Rimbey, Alberta. “We are very excited to have Rimbey included in our schedule,” Ethan Barkley, CMDRA’s executive director, said. “It’s a great opportunity for us to expand motorcycle drag racing in Canada.”

The 2016 National Points Series schedule is as follows:

June 4/5 – Medicine Hat Drag Strip – Medicine Hat, AB

July 9/10 – Eagle Motorplex – Ashcroft, BC

July 23/24 – Central Alberta Raceways – Rimbey, AB

Aug. 7 – Castrol Raceway – Edmonton, AB

Aug. 20/21 – Medicine Hat Drag Strip – Medicine Hat, AB

Sept. 24/25 – Mission Raceway Park – Mission, BC
