Holy Harley

Harley owners are known to be faithful, but this is something else entirely.

A Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic, signed and blessed by Pope Benedict XVI and later received by Pope Francis, was sold at the latest Bonhams Paris auction for €46,000 (about $65,000). The winning bidder had previously bought a Harley Dyna Super Glide, also blessed by Pope Francis, at last year’s auction.

Proceeds from this year’s sale went to the Stowarzyszenie Przyjazny Swiat Dziecka (Friendly World Association), a Polish charity for needy children and families.
