Crescent Suzuki unveils 2014 WSBK livery

Crescent Suzuki, which is competing under title sponsor Voltcom’s banner for the 2014 World Superbike season, showed off its spiffy new livery at a recent unveiling event held at team headquarters in Verwood, England. The team’s two new riders were also on hand.

Alex Lowes, who won last year’s British Superbike championship, will be competing for Crescent Suzuki alongside last year’s WSBK runner-up Eugene Laverty. Both riders looked sharp in red, white and blue, as did the GSX-R1000s they’ll be riding. 

A Gixxer hasn’t won a WSBK race since Leon Haslam topped the podium at Kyalami in 2010. Crescent Racing, which took over Suzuki’s WSBK entry in 2012, hopes the winless streak comes to an end in 2014.
