By: Published on 29 March 2025

  • The latest addition to the Mitas on-road tire lineup will be available in April in four popular sport touring sizes
  • Designed for lighter sport touring motorcycles, catering to riders seeking a sportier riding experience with improved cornering grip
  • Additional sizes will be released throughout the year, expanding the range to a total of eight sizes

Mitas is set to launch the newest member of its road tire family with the introduction of the TOURING FORCE-SP tire line. The first four sizes—120/70ZR17, 160/60ZR17, 180/55ZR17, and 190/55ZR17—will hit the market in April.

Gustavo Pinto Teixeira, Head of Mitas Motorcycle tires, explains: “The TOURING FORCE-SP builds on the success of the original TOURING FORCE tire. It is poised to become the go-to choice for riders seeking a sport touring tire with quick and precise response.”

The TOURING FORCE-SP tires feature Multi Compound Tread Technology (MCTT), providing excellent mileage and cornering grip. The high silica content ensures superior grip on wet roads. Additionally, the lightweight construction allows for quick and precise responses, enhancing the overall riding experience without sacrificing tire durability.
