If we want to define the words BEAUTY and ELEGANCE with a customized motorcycle, this Harley Davidson called “SPRINGER BOBBER CREAM” and customized by Francisco Alí Manén and his team at Lord Drake Kustoms, may be the best definition.

Fran Manen (owner of LDK) and his work team have created this beautiful bobber motorcycle in his Harley Davidson motorcycle transformation workshop in Vélez Málaga (Spain).

The job was for a regular client who is very fond of classic motorcycles and more retro styles; That’s why when Fran Manen received the embargo, he was very clear that this transformed Harley had to have a retro air without, above all, being very elegant.

The base used has been a Harley Davidson Softail Springer Classic from 2006, and numerous modifications have been made on it to reach this Harley Bobber.

The first thing after disassembling everything was to modify and adapt a new Sportster Penaut-type fuel tank and lower the suspensions (both the rear and the springer-type front suspension). Next, the rear fender and its supports, the license plate holder and the seat base were manufactured. Later, a drag bar type handlebar with biltwell turrets was installed and a new front fender was manufactured with its respective supports.

With this we had the general line of the “Springer Bobber Cream” almost finished, but something was missing and they were the details… no less important for being small… and to do this the first thing was to put a larger diameter tire on the front (the The original motorcycle mounts a 16” inch rim and a 19” was installed, the headlight was relocated with a new support manufactured by LDK and finally a set of big spoke wheels for Harley was installed along with new ones. Matching brake discs in chrome color.

The final touch were details such as the LED turn signals, the gold upholstered grips matching the seat, the air filter, the brass ignition cover, custom-made exhaust tips, a handcrafted seat and upholstered with leather used for the Porsche Cayenne. , etc etc.

And finally, the painting. The client was very clear that he wanted some cream or off-white tone as the main color and some gold details. After several color tests, a cream off-white tone was chosen that Fran Manen combined with glossy black with golden pearlescent and pinstripings and letters in gold tones that have given the impressive appearance to this Harley Davidson “Springer Bobber Cream”.

Due to the great success that this motorcycle has had once finished, Lord Drake Kustoms is going to put on sale a limited series of 5 units of this model in which the customer will be able to choose some details and finishes and which can be sent anywhere in the world…so if you are interested in acquiring any of them, do not hesitate to contact them.
