Prepare to be Amazed by Alan Kempster

By Cycle CanadaPosted on

By way of Wes Siler’s excellent website, Hell for Leather, comes the story of Alan Kempster. As the result of a 1990 motorcycle accident with a drunk driver, Kempster lost his right arm and his right leg.

At the age of 48, Kempster went racing and took a first place in his first race after the accident. Grit and determination are hardly adequate words to describe this man.

“You’re capable of doing anything you want,” Kempster says in the video. “All you gotta do is follow your dream and your passion.”
