Video: 2012 Yamaha Super Ténéré Hoonage

By: Cycle Canada Published on 9 May 2011

Last fall Cycle Canada had the privilege of being the first Canadian publication to test ride Yamaha’s all-new Super Ténéré. The bike we rode was the same machine shown at the MMIC motorcycle shows across the country throughout winter and so, as our editor Neil Graham states in our Super Ténéré video, we couldn’t give Yamaha’s new adventure tourer a serious off-pavement thrashing because we had to swear to them on a stack of CC magazines that we’d bring their bike back looking as shiny and new as when we picked it up. We do hope to be able to really put the Super Ten to a fuller test some time this season, but in the mean time watch this video (below) of a guy in Greece truly riding the 1200 cc adventure tourer like it’s stolen. Very impressive.
