Why does Guy Martin race the Isle of Man TT? “The danger.”

The Isle of Man TT documentary TT3D: Closer to the Edge is being released in the UK this week. The film follows Guy Martin as he tries for his first victory in the legendary road race, and from the trailer (below) it looks like it could be worth checking out. Unfortunately there’s no word on a North American release yet. So for now we’ll just have to be content with the trailer and an interview (also below) recorded on the red carpet at the film’s premier in which Guy Martin elaborates on the “buzz” of racing on the notoriously dangerous course where he crashed out in a spectacular ball of flames last year. The man is clearly an adrenaline junky. There are no subtitles, so you might have to rewind the video a few times to figure out exactly what he’s saying, but it’s worth it.
