Triumph’s First Full Picture of the Tiger 800 XC

By: Cycle Canada Published on 14 October 2010

As part of their drawn out tease campaign for the Tiger 800, Triumph has finally released an official photo. Other than the fact that their mannequins like to wear sunglass on really cloudy days, it doesn’t tell us any more than we already know about their new monster traillie designed to take on BMW’s F800GS. Both machines pictured are the off-road oriented XC variant with spoked wheels (21 inches at the front), knobby tubed tires and a bash guard. Its road going sibling, the Tiger 800, has a 19-inch front wheel and non-tubed tires. The rest of the speculative details we told you about before can be found here. Both models will finally be released at EICMA in Milan, Nov. 2-7.
