New Dealer Network in Canada for Piaggio Group

After ending its distribution agreement with Canadian Scooter Corp. last November, Piaggio Group Americas(PGA), the company behind Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio, and Vespa motorcycles and scooters, has now announced a new network of 35 dealers to serve Canadian customers. The distribution system will now be run by the corporate office in New York in conjuction with managers in Toronto and Montreal.

 “We are looking forward to reconnecting with current owners and introducing even more Canadian riders to the exciting benefits of our motorcycle and scooter brands,” said  PGA president and CEO Paolo Timoni. Building customer trust and confidence in our products, our service and our people is a key initiative for us as well as every Canadian dealer.”

Models now offered in Canada include Aprilia’s RSV4, Shiver 750 and Mana 850 GTS, Piaggio MP3 500 Moto Guzzi V7 Classic and V7 Café Classic and the new Vespa GTS 300.

PGA says it is also launching new brand-specific websites where customers can locate a local dealer, download specifications, and compare features and pricing.
