Kawasaki UK has has created a new website, kawasakitestride.co.uk, where interested riders can sign up to test ride a Kawasaki street bike from their local dealer. Riders can search for new and used Kawis by location, and then schedule a test ride directly with the dealerships.
In a 2008 J.D. Power and Associates report on the major factors determining motorcycle purchasing decisions, 25% of customers said that the inability to test ride bike was a major issue. Is Kawasaki UK’s new initiative a sign that at least one of the Japanese motorcycle manufacturers are paying heed to their perspective customer’s cries?
