BMW sets new all-time high

BMW Motorrad has set a new all-time high for sales through the first three quarters of 2014.

“For the first time in the history of BMW Motorrad we have supplied more than 100,000 vehicles to our customers in the first nine months of a year,” said Heiner Faust, head of sales and marketing for BMW Motorrad. “This is an increase in sales of 7.6% as compared to the equivalent period last year.”

As you’d expect, Germany is BMW’s biggest single market, followed by the USA, Italy, France and the UK. Judging by the number of Beemers we cross paths with on Canadian roads, BMW is doing well here too.
