Jordan Szoke (Wanzie Racing / BMW Motorrad / Mopar Express Lane) got his 2014 CSBK Pro Superbike title defense off to a good start last weekend at Shannonville Motorsport Park. The reigning king of CSBK took pole position on Saturday with a time of 1:04.087, followed up on Sunday with a win in the season’s opening race. Jodi Christie (Christie Racing / Honda Canada / Accelerated Technologies) made things interesting on the final lap, though came up just short, finishing only 0.196 seconds back. Trevor Daley (One Speed Chop Shop / Motovan.com) had a solid run en route to the first pro podium of his career, 15.259 seconds behind.

In Pro Sport Bike action Kenny Reidman (Reidman Racing / Castrol Triumph) secured his first national pro win, beating out three-time champion Jodi Christie by 0.358 seconds. Will Hornblower of Sarnia, Ontario, was an enthusiastic third, 14.316 seconds off the pace.
