Yamaha Motor Canada is pleased to announce it has been selected as one of the Top Employers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for 2023! This special designation recognizes Greater Toronto employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

“We are honoured to receive this award, which is a testament to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team,” commented Ashley Wells, Director Human Resources, Training & Compliance. “It’s our people who define Yamaha’s unique culture.”

GTA employers are rated against organizations in their field to determine which offers the most progressive and well-rounded programs. Now in its seventeenth year, the Greater Toronto’s Top Employers competition is an editorial project that recognizes employers with exceptional human resources programs and forward-thinking workplace policies.

Employers are evaluated on eight criteria:

• Physical Workplace
• Work Atmosphere & Social
• Health, Financial & Family Benefits
• Vacation & Time Off
• Employee Communications
• Performance Management
• Training & Skills Development
