By: Cycle Canada Published on 26 May 2015

Honda has issued a recall on the 2015 CBR1000RR SP.

A press release states: “On certain motorcycles, the rear shock absorber may not have been manufactured correctly. The piston rod nut may have been tightened before the piston had the correct full metal-to-metal contact. This could result in the nut loosening.”

This recall affects 61 bikes and requires dealers to repair or replace the shock.
