The Movistar Yamaha MotoGP team gathered in Madrid, Spain, on Wednesday to officially launch its 2015 campaign.

Riders Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo were on hand for the event, as were Kouichi Tsuji, general manager of Yamaha’s motorsport division, Lin Jarvis, managing director of Yamaha Motor Racing, and Massimo Meregalli, team director of Movistar Yamaha. The 2015 YZR-M1 was unveiled, featuring new-ish colours and redesigned livery.

“The presentation of the new season is always a special moment,” said Valentino Rossi. “On this occasion I see for the first time my new bike, the new colours and new lines. Every time for me this is a big emotion. To present the bike and team means that a new season is about to start.”
