Haslam joins Red Devils Roma

After a ho-hum 2014 World Superbike season with Pata Honda, Leon Haslam will be racing for the Red Devils Roma Aprilia team in 2015. The 31-year-old Brit will be riding the new Aprilia RSV4 RR that was recently unveiled at EICMA.

“I am happy to join Team Red Devils Roma,” Haslam said. “I’ve had a few difficult years, due to various injuries, but I’m sure that next year we can make a great season. Our aim is to achieve the top positions and I believe we can count on my personal experience, plus a great team of professionals and on the evolution of the 2014 winning bike.”

Standards at Aprilia are high; RSV4-mounted Sylvain Guintoli took top spot in the championship last year, and the Italian marque took home the manufacturer’s title too.
