The 2014 motorcycle Ride for Dad kicks off in just over a month, at Orillia and Barrie, Ontario, on Sat., May 24. The Ride for Dad is a charitable event that raises funds for the battle against prostate cancer and will likely draw many thousands of motorcyclists across the country.

The ride was begun in Ottawa 14 years ago and has raised millions of dollars for the cause.

ATV, personal watercraft, and snowmobile rides have recently become part of the Ride for Dad.

Other Ride for Dad events, staged from Newfoundland to the Yukon and British Columbia, are slated for the months of May through September.
