KTM Duke 690 R at EICMA

By: Cycle Canada Published on 10 November 2009

The lightweight naked, KTM Duke 690 receives an “R” upgrade for 2010, meaning a displacement bump from 654cc to a true 690cc, which translates to a 5hp increase over the original version’s 65hp mill, claims KTM.

Carbon fibre mud guards come standard with a white tank decorated in  black and orange as well as an orange frame specially reserved for the KTM’s R models.

No word yet on pricing or if and when the newest KTM street model will arrive in Canada, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
